Content pages are the standalone pages of your store — About us, an FAQ, and the Shipping, Returns, Privacy and Terms policies customers (and Stripe) expect to see. You'll find them under Marketing → Pages.
Create a page
Choose + New page, then give it a Title and a URL slug. The slug is the web address (a title of About us might use the slug about, giving /about). Slugs are lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens; a handful of reserved words like cart, products and checkout are blocked to avoid clashing with your store.
In a hurry? The New page screen offers quick-start draft templates for Privacy policy, Terms of service, Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds — a solid, AU-aware starting point you can edit to fit.
Using the editor
The Content area is a rich-text editor — no code needed. The toolbar gives you:
- Headings (H1, H2, H3), Bold, Italic and inline code
- Bullet and numbered lists, block quotes and dividers
- Text alignment, a font colour, and Link (select text, then paste a URL)
- Image — click, paste or drag-and-drop a picture straight in (up to 5 MB; it's optimised for you), or pull one from your media library. Drag a corner to resize.
- Tables and YouTube embeds, plus undo/redo
Everything is saved as clean Markdown behind the scenes.
Publish it
Tick Published to make the page live at its slug, then choose Create page (or Save changes when editing). Leave it unticked to keep working on a draft. Once published, a View public → link lets you open the page exactly as shoppers see it.
Add it to your storefront
Tick Show in footer to list the page in your storefront footer, and use Footer order to control where it sits among the others (lower numbers come first). Your Privacy, Terms, Shipping and Returns pages are the ones customers look for there.
Extra options
- SEO description — an optional summary (up to 300 characters) for search engines.
- Shadow card — wraps the page in a clean white card on your storefront for a more contained look.
To remove a page, open it and choose Delete.
