Your branding is what makes the storefront feel like yours — it flows through to the storefront header, your emails, the footer, and the admin top-bar. You'll find everything under Settings → Branding. Uploads (logo and hero) save the moment you choose them; every other field saves when you press Save branding at the bottom.
Identity
- Brand name — the name shown across your store (required).
- Tagline — a short line used in page metadata and the footer.
- ABN — your 11-digit Australian Business Number, shown in the storefront footer.
- Return window (days) — optional; if set, your products advertise a returns policy in Google's rich results.
There's also a Slug field, but it's read-only — it's fixed when your store is created.
Logo
Under Visual, add your Logo. You can upload a file (PNG, JPEG, SVG or WebP, up to 2 MB), Choose from library, or paste an external URL. Shopkit automatically optimises uploads for you. No logo? Your brand name is used as a wordmark instead. Use Remove to clear it.
Brand colour
Set your Brand colour as a hex value (for example #0d9488), or pick it with the colour swatch. This is the accent colour used across your storefront.
Homepage hero
The Homepage hero is the banner at the top of your home page. Add a Hero image (suggested 1200×670, up to 10 MB). Once an image is set you can click to choose its focal point and pick a hero height. Every text field is optional:
- Headline — falls back to your tagline, then to "Welcome to {brand}".
- Sub-heading, Button label and Button link.
- Hero overlay — a colour and opacity slider to darken the image so your headline reads cleanly.
More you can set here
- Homepage sections — choose whether the Shop by category and Shop by brand tile sections appear on your home page. (Shop by brand shows your brands with their logos.)
- Social links — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest profile URLs, shown as footer icons.
- Homepage top & bottom sections — surface a content page (like a promo or an About block) on your home page.
- Customer support — a support email and phone shown to shoppers.
