By default your storefront lists products alphabetically. To choose your own order — bestsellers first, seasonal lines up top — arrange them by hand.
Turn on manual order
Go to Products and click ↕ Arrange order (top-right). The list switches to manual order and each row gets a ⠿ drag handle on the left, plus ▲ / ▼ buttons.
Set the order
- Drag a product up or down by its ⠿ handle, or tap ▲ / ▼ to nudge it one step.
- Click Save order — your All products page, including its category and collection views, updates to match straight away.
- Click Done reordering to go back to the normal product list.
Good to know
- Reordering works on your full, unfiltered list — clear any search or filter and stay on the Active tab first. Otherwise you'd only be shuffling part of your catalogue, so ShopKit hides the handles and reminds you until the filters are cleared.
- New, duplicated and imported products are added to the end of the order, so a fresh import never jumps ahead of an arrangement you've set — just drag them into place when you're ready.
- The order is yours alone. It doesn't change prices, stock or anything else customers see — only the sequence products appear in.
What shoppers see
Your order is the Featured sort, which is what the All products page shows first. Shoppers can re-sort by Price ↑, Price ↓, Newest or A–Z, narrow to a price band (Under $10, $10–$50, $50+), and pick Featured to get back to your order.
Tip: pair this with categories & collections to group related products, then arrange the order within your catalogue.
